Rolls-Royce and Yuchai formed a joint venture called MTU Yuchai Power Company Limited. This joint venture focuses on the production and localization of mtu Series 4000 engines for power generation and oil & gas, as well as the production and sales of mtu Series 2000 and Yuchai branded VC series diesel engines.
